On Monday, December 28, 2020, according to Bankrate’s latest survey of the nation’s largest refinance lenders, the benchmark 30-year fixed refinance rate is 2.950% with an APR of 3.170%. The average 15-year fixed refinance rate is 2.410% with an APR of 2.640%. The 5/1 adjustable-rate refinance (ARM) rate is 3.090% with an APR of 4.040%.
The holidays are my absolute favorite time of year, and though the pandemic has put a stop to some of my go-to annual festivities, I refuse to let that dampen my holiday spirit! Niwot is one of the best places I’ve ever lived, and I have become significantly more involved in the town, community, and business association than I ever could have imagined. I have made good friends, found a strong female business community, established a thriving real estate team, and had so much fun!
So what makes Niwot such a special place?
As we all know too well, these times have been filled with ups and downs. We all see the effects in a multitude of different ways. For me it’s through the lens of my real estate business, my role in the community of Niwot and also as a parent.
Our home environment is so important, especially when we spend extended time there, and our home is also an investment worth protecting using efficient and green methods.
